Use of the service
BankIQ India is an information and comparison platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our data without written permission.
Account & membership
You are responsible for activity under your account. Premium memberships are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime via your dashboard. Refunds are pro-rated for service outages attributable to us.
Informational only
All bank data, rates and recommendations are presented for informational and comparative purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, investment or tax advice. Always verify directly with the bank before transacting.
Third-party content
Bank names, logos and trademarks shown remain the property of their respective owners. BankIQ India is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BankIQ India is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
