This Privacy Policy describes how BankIQ India ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or interact with our platform.

Information we collect

When you sign up or interact with BankIQ India, we collect your name, email, mobile number, occupation, city and the preferences you share with our AI Advisor. We also log device, browser and IP data to detect fraud and improve performance.

How we use it

We use your information to power comparisons, generate AI-based recommendations, send rate-change alerts you opt into, process membership billing, and improve product features. We do not sell data to third parties - ever.

Sharing

We share data only with: (a) payment processors for membership billing, (b) email/SMS providers to deliver communications, (c) regulators where mandated by law. All vendors are contractually bound to our privacy standards.

Security

Communications are encrypted with industry-standard 256-bit TLS. Stored data is encrypted at rest with AES-256. We run quarterly penetration tests and maintain ISO 27001-aligned controls.

Your rights

You can request export, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@bankiq.india. We respond within 30 days as required by India's DPDP Act, 2023.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and remembering your preferences, and limited analytics (GA4) to understand product usage in aggregate. You can disable non-essential cookies in your dashboard settings.

Children

BankIQ India is not intended for users under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we delete it promptly.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices materially change. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
